Everything about this property makes for a perfect holiday. The location of the villa is peaceful with amazing views across mountains and sea, on a hot day you get a lovely gentle breeze. We spent lots of time on the large terrace which has dining area, lounge area, sunbeds and pool and bbq. It was perfect for our family and felt very private surrounded by olive trees. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything you could need, all pristine. Beds were comfy and plenty of storage for clothes. The two bathrooms were spotless. Due to the heat the air conditioning was much appreciated. Beaches in the area have crystal clear water and within a short drive there was a choice of beaches and restaurants. The owners clearly care and love their holiday home and this shows in very aspect of renting this property. We would return in a heartbeat.

A great house in a great location, 15 minutes from the lively town of Agios Nikolaos, and very close to many great beaches and tavernas. Make sure you get to the beaches by 9-10am in August as all the umbrellas and sun beds get taken very quickly. The deck, small pool and barbecue were really nice with great views of sunrises and the moon in the evening. Highly recommend.

Vi havde en rigtig dejlig uge i Villa Carolina. Huset var rent og køkkenet er veludstyret med alt hvad man behøver. I alle værelserne er der rigelige og lækre håndklæder og aircon fungerer fint uden at larme. Vi nød terrassen med den fantastiske udsigt og det hyggelige udendørsmiljø. Vi blev godt modtaget af Alex som også gav anbefalinger til restauranter og strande i området. Vi kan kun give de bedste anbefalinger til Villa Carolina og området omkring Agios Nikolaos.
We had a really lovely week in Villa Carolina. The house was clean and the kitchen is well equipped with everything one needs. In all rooms there are ample and delicious towels and the aircon works fine without noise. We enjoyed the terrace with the great views and the cozy outdoor environment. We were well received by Alex who also gave recommendations for restaurants and beaches in the area. We can only give the best recommendations for Villa Carolina and the area around Agios Nikolaos.
